On February 26-27, the Alice Milliat Association hosted the third Transnational Project Meeting in Paris, bringing together Assist – Associazione Nazionale Atlete , ENGSO , Suomen Valmentajat ry , Team Bulgaria , and International Council for Coaching Excellence – ICCE . The focus? Finalizing the e-learning course for grassroots coaches, preparing national workshops, and launching a storytelling campaign on positive coaching experiences.
The e-learning course will soon be available in English, Italian, Finnish, French, and Bulgarian and will focus on holistic coaching, inclusion, equality & the creation of safe environments.
As for the next steps of the project:
National workshops to engage & train coaches will be hosted in the involved countries A storytelling campaign to share inspiring coaching stories will be launched Advocacy actions to increase women in coaching & enhance disability sports will be developed
